The sense for such an extension is a link in the footer, visible only to the admin, to clear cache from every page.
Useful in many situations as a time saver, while working on the style files.
Just have a tab open with ACP and when you need to clear cache just switch to it and press the button

or, in the admin panel load settings, set the "Recompile stale style components:" setting to yes.
then you do not have to purge the cache after your style edits , just reload/refresh the page to see them.

The OP from 2021 was answered by several people. The OP didn't realise there was a clear cache option in the admin panel. They were asking for an extension because they didn't know that button existed.
Ah ... found it .. "Purge the cache" .
The second bump from yesterday also didn't realise there was a recompile option already.

Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

here is a tip. in situations like this it sometimes helps to switch the board to english while you are looking for things like this.

also, if you are showing screenshots to those here for support, it helps to put it in english for us.

luck,
