What do you mean by prefix?

something like searching for prefix*? (which differs from searching for prefix)
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

Do you mean like tags in MacOS?

Do you have an example site where this happens or maybe a couple of screenshots?

where did that come from? phpbb does not have anything like that by default.
If you got all those prefixes by using an extension of some kind then wherever you got it is where you would need to ask about how to do what you want.

the problem is that phpBB does not have prefixes. I believe there is an extension of some kind to create them. If that is what you are using
you should ask the extension creator how to do what you want.

I think xenforo adds the prefix in the database for each topic.
PhpBB changes the link of the topic instead. You can probably edit the current extension to work the same as xenforo.
