Phpbb auto upload drops box extension

I download a older phpbb Dropbox extension from archive.website From this thread

And after uploading everything and configuration it and my errors log say

The Dropbox file could not be found

I couldn't sign up on David63 new website to get that extension from his site

I. Have the auto back up extension installed also
any help would be appreciated

There's no support here for abandoned extensions.
I can access the registration page just fine on his site (you have to accept the cookie policy first). If you can't register try the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page there.
