After installing 3.3.9

Hi,

I have installed a new phpBB forum after a long time.

I would like to request some help here. Unable to go through all ACP options. It would be nice if you can suggest some important steps that you follow after installing 3.3.9.

I mean,

1. Features you need to disable
2. Anti-spam measures
3. Limiting too much power to new members

I recently discovered that members can delete their posts.

4. Basic plugins I should use

There is no "should".
A lot depends on the subject of your board and on what you (or your members) would like to have (or would like to prevent: e.g. editing or deleting post)
