ACP error - HTTP ERROR 500

Hello. We can't use ACP anymore. Forum version is 3.3.0 and when we try to update it, all the pages of the forum appears with the error HTTP ERROR 500.
We tried reinstall PHP version 3.3.9 and put the backup on, but after we did that, nothing is happening.

500 error usually means a problem with php ( not phpBB )
you can look at the error logs on the server to find out exactlyl what the error is.

if you can't access the logs you will need to contact your host support and ask them how to do it.

once you have the actual error post it back here so we can help.
