Detailed description of the tasks:
Step one:
Upgrade from 3.1.3 to current version.
Only one modification: ACP Add User
Currently running PHP 5.64, want to use 7.1 or better (board breaks if I enable higher PHP version.)
Step two:
Relocate to new host. (Have not selected yet, so suggestions welcome.)
Relocation will involve a domain name change.
Sql database size aprox 120GB
