preview image in topics forum

Hello guys girls ..
looking for ext who can able to make preview photo in topics forum ..when put cursor in topic without click in the photo... the preview become little large for view

dmzx has an extention like that but the image does not get larger on hover. Topic Image

According to my research, it does exactly what is being looked for. At least I think so.

That is unclear to me personally.
