Support Request Template
What version of phpBB are you using? phpBB 3.3.11
What is your board's URL? No answer given
Who do you host your board with? No answer given
How did you install your board? I used the download package from phpBB.com
What is the most recent action performed on your board? Fresh Install
Is registration required to reproduce this issue? No
Do you have any MODs installed? No
Do you have any extensions installed? Yes
What extensions do you have installed? I have 160 extensions, not gonna list them all.
What styles do you currently have installed? Orange_BBEs 3.0.11, prosilver 3.3.11, prosilver (French edition) 1.0.1
What language(s) is your board currently using? British English
Which database type/version are you using? I Don't Know
What is your level of experience? New to PHP but not phpBB
What actions did you take (updating your board; installing a MOD, style or extension; etc.) prior to this problem becoming noticeable? I didn't do anything; that's what's odd.
Please describe your problem. I've got my admins group set to red and my registered users group set to blue. I just noticed that on my index page, my username, for some reason, was blue, even though admin is my default group. It was red before and I've done nothing since. It just suddenly changed for no reason. I managed to change it back by changing my default group to global moderators and then back to admins.

EDIT: Sorry, have just now realised it's a problem with danieltj's Verified Profiles 1.0.0 extension. I'll take this up with him.

As far as I know, this extension does not affect user groups.
Sorry for my English ... I do my best! :anger_right:

He had already fixed it before he posted. I don't know why he's asking.
How he thinks someone would know why that happened without being on his site running down the issue is be on me.

It is probably simply this extension that is causing the problem: https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/exte ... r_changer/

No, I hadn't. That was only a quick fix, not a real fix. Not something I should have to keep redoing every time this problem happens. And I don't know what problems I need to give someone access to my board to versus what problems I don't.

Yes, I've managed to pin it down to that.
