You can normaly change that to first image in topic or message

... which suggests that other than the ones already pointed out to you (which I gather do not do what you want) there isn't one available. Also please remember that to receive extension support you need to visit the place where you downloaded the extension. They know their code, we do not.

but it doesnt do that i want or other or the other option is that there is something to the extension
