The most important problem of a forum
Happy Sunday everyone. I was looking for a very long topic from a long time ago which was titled more or less "The most important question". But I can't find it. The most important problem for a forum was discussed: making it work, i.e. getting members and making them write on the forum. Can you give me the link to the topic or even a link to a resource outside of phpbb.com? Thank you
