Error 404 during installation

Error 404 during installation

I have the same problem. http://{my.site.ip.address}/phpBB3/install/app.php opens and show the correct page, but no links work on the page.
Clicking in INSTALL tries opepning http://{my.site.ip.address}/phpBB3/install/app.php/install and shows 404. Same for other links
I tried it on my Synology NAS ver 7.2 with PHP7.4 and then with PHP 8.1 - no luck. I tried to install it on my Mac Studio - same...
May anyone help me, please?
