I see you now have a functioning board at the url in your first post, can we assume the issue is solved?
PS: your cookie domain needs a dot adding to the front like .rltw.eu. See Knowledge Base - Fixing incorrect cookie settings. Also you need a redirect in your .htaccess from from http to https to stop people using your board with http (unsecure connection)

Speaking for me personally I’ve installed, maybe, dozens of boards of all sizes on this host over the years and they were always a goto for me. In the first few weeks of my own domain I had to get a few things tweaked like mod_security & mbstring etc. but touch wood I’ve never had a hitch even with extensions, I wasn’t even aware there were issues with them and extensions, it would be useful to know what those problems are. The support has gone robot first human second like everywhere else but it’s workable. My only whinge I do have is they don’t keep logs, not for us mere mortals anyway but, you can turn PHP error messages on so at least you can see the messages real time. I’ve never been a cPanel user so I wouldn’t know but I don’t think it’s totally necessary, you have FTP & SFTP and phpMyAdmin etc. so I guess they’re more tailored to users who know their way about.
