What you consider as posting an image ?

a link to an image?
an image shown within the [img]BBcode?
an attached image (uploaded)?
a smiley/avatar is an image ?

Anyway, there's no permission specific to requiring post approval for posts including an image.
You could use the permission system to allow images in specific forums only but if post approval is required, even posts without images go into moderation.
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

BBCode specifically.
I dont want any unwanted image to be posted. So needs moderation.
I have disable default img BBCode and has created my own with some specification, but it would be good if every image posted goes through moderation.

You'll need to request an extension or pay in the Wanted forum for someone to make it.
There's no default way to do that.
