What is a NTURL? Neither searching this forum nor searching Google seems to turn up an answer.

that is not a standard bbcode that comes with phpBB
therefore, somebody created that custom bbcode. If it is your board then I would think that you must have created it.

It came with a there that was installed for me called latte. I wouldn't have picked it.

That being the case if you have a problem with the style you should post in the discussion/support forum for that style.

I just installed it on my test board.
There's no NTURL button

I assume that NTURL is a BBCode which opens the defined URL i a new browser tab.

it does not come with that style either.

somebody has created a custom bbcode. IF you did not do it then whoever installed that style for you must have done it.
If you do not want that style then you can easily find one you do like and install it instead.
