Media Embed plugin no installed as it should be

I have looked at numerous other posts regards this and have tried to implement changes via the ACP which are supposed to be effective in dealing with the issue but I am not seeing any change to the outcome.
Please describe your problem. I have installed the Media Embed plugin. Its in the ext/phpbb folder. It is in the list in the Extensions Manager and is enabled. (see attachment)

It does not appear in the list of BBcodes on the Posting/BBCodes page. (See attachment)

However on that same page it is listed on the left hand column with the settings and Manage sites visible.(see attachment)

In the Manage Sites under the Media Embed left hand column tab then there is the listing of the sites which can work with the plugin (see attachment)

except that the main one which would be used, youtube, is not elected and cannot be selected. Is it something obvious that I am missing here? I have gone through it a few times to check and have read through a number of posts relating to the subject not not this issue specifically. I am hopeful that once it appears in the list of BBcodes that it will work well as I have read that it is an effective way to present a wide range of media in posts. Thanks in advance for any helpful insights.

It does not appear in the list of BBcodes on the Posting/BBCodes page. (See attachment)

The [media] [/media] tags are not custom BBCodes so will not appear there. See the text at the top.

In your screenshot look further down the left hand side, there is a section for MEDIA EMBED. Click on Settings and the first item is about it's BBCode and whether or not it is displayed.
