Prevent URL's in any profile fields?

Prevent URL's in any profile fields?

I would think this exists, but I can't find it.

I want to prevent any URL from being placed in any of the profile fields. Does that exist? If so, where do I find it?

I couldn't find anything that blocks all links in profile fields. However I did see this for phpBB3 but it requires code code edits which you shouldn't do in phpBB 3.1 or above. I assume someone could create an extension for you out of that with the added benefit of applying to all profile fields.
