The topic title says it's for v3.2
That's about to go EOL. viewtopic.php?t=2650426

Surely 3.3 would be better. Also isn't most accessibility stuff handled by the browsers already these days?

If you submitted it for validation, then it should take around a month (+/- days-month).
Usus est magister optimus! phpBB pre-Triton & latest php environment.
When answer lies in the question, question becomes redundant!
