As for the “QuickReply Reloaded” extenstion, an error appears in the control panel whenever we try to install it.
Maybe it's not ready yet for version 3.3.12

Hmm okay would you therefore recommend we uninstall it from 3.3.12?

Q1: You can put it inside ext folder, but you must upload the extension files first.
Q2: Both are the same and are constantly updated.

I've uploaded the Zeina files (style & ext), but can't see a ext folder inside either of these to put them into? Sorry I'm missing something obvious here.....

Not inside them but in the ext folder on the root.

Yes, you will most likely need to uninstall it.
Look at the error that appears.

The extension has invalid .yml so you either stay with a phpBB version that accepts the old yml format, OR update the extension (make it compatible with the current version(s) of phpBB).

This is not a style issue but an extension issue.

Thank you for the clarification, but unfortunately we cannot modify someone else’s extension. We simply add our "zeina" folder to the styles folder on this path ext/<extenstion_folder>/styles/ so that the extension is compatible with the our theme.

It seems that the developer stopped supporting the product and the last visit was 4 years ago.

The point I wanted to make is that the issue mentioned by dbrewood isn't related to the style you're developing (nice style BTW ) and as such isn't even relevant in this topic and there is no reason at all to try and make your style work with extensions (or versions of the extension) that are incompatible with the phpBB version you're developing the style for.

Thanks guys I've opened support queries concerning the “QuickReply Reloaded” extension and in the meantime have disabled it on my forum.

Okay I've made time to install the free copy of Zenia. A few issues I need to try and work around:

1) Our logo (t3kk_logo.png) has a transparent background so is nigh invisible when using Zenia. Is there an easy way to colour the header background so that it matches the light grey of the lower portion of the body background? If I could turn the logo dark grey I would but it is beyond my capabilities).

2) The header image we would want to use (dashboard04.jpg) Looks terrible when set as we need it to be stretched to fit the width, not the height as is the default in Zenia. Is there any way of changing that, or removing the header from the theme completely?

3) Colours - is there any way of adding a custom colour, or adding in a grey colour (#4C4C4C or 333333) or similar to use on the theme

4) The VNC extension can show an unread count badge, this is coloured in our current theme by using:

You didn't mention which version of QR-reloaded you are/were using but I did a quick search and came up with https://github.com/BoardTools/QuickReply which is v2.1.1-beta and doesn't have the yaml error (I installed and enabled it just to see).)
