Is there an addition to transfer multiple topics at once?

Yes, you can move multiple topics to a different forum in bulk.
Click the link to go to the Moderator Control Panel whilst viewing a forum and you'll be taken to a forum management page where you can use various moderator actions on multiple topics at the same time such as locking, moving and other things.
This is default phpBB behaviour. You don't need an extension to do this.

I actually did these steps and it worked
