Title/Job Description: Looking for someone to upgrade my PHPBB to latest version, optimize it so its loading fast, and fix buggs/update extensions as well as help fix up the theme style so its easier to see the admin moderation buttons.

I have a forum it needs a 'facelift'.

-upgrade to latest phpbb
-upgrade the plugins/extensions
-optimize speed/loading times/remove junk/etc

a general TLC care..

and help fix my theme settings, right now its really confusing where the moderation buttons are to edit/delete/etc threads/posts, as well as reply buttons and user flow in general needs a facelift too..
