HTTP ERROR 500 install

good evening forum, I want to update the forum from 3.3.11 to 3.3.13 and when I enter forum/install/app.php I get the message

Page is not workingForumul.com is currently unable to process this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
because it could be the problem, I mention that I used this version of the update

Correct, the advanced update is only for users who have modified core files and it can be buggy.

i get this error...

The config setting "load_jquery_url" unexpectedly does not exist.

Did you follow the Instructions to the letter, specifically the important part?
If you have previously abandoned an update attempt to try a different method, you will need to remove the following files from the server:

store/install_config.php
store/io_lock.lock
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

I only have io_lock.lock
I deleted the file but it gives me the same error...

First: Backup your database so that you can revert changes if necessary.
Then, in the config_table create a new record :
config_name = config_url
config_value = //ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.7.1/jquery.min.js
is dynamic = 0

Clear board and browser cache
Remove io_lock.lock if present in /store )
Retry the update (Full package)
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

Assuming that's Romanian and translates to Where can I find? ... my response would be: Where can I find what?

Assuming you mean : Where can I find the database?

Your host panel should show that and you can access it with phpMyAdmin (credentials can also also be found in your host panel: failing that there's always the config.php ... just in case, that's in your board root ;) )
