New forum phpbb 3.3.13 & Tapatalk 2.3.0

Post by tajvoy_rr13lo »

hi,
I'm admin of 2 forums.
The old is running tapatalk plugin.

Now, I installed new forum.
I wanted to make possible to use tapatalk for this new too.
Install was successfully, then I tried to register this forum in tapatalk.com

But I can't publish, because tapatalk.com can't verify the status of plugin
"We are not able to verify the status of the Tapatalk plugin on your site via (https://rr-13lo.pl/mobiquo/mobiquo.php). Pls. ensure the forum URL, extenstion and mobiquo directory provided are correct and valid."

Status report - OK

Best regards
Sebastian

I reinstalled many time plugin, I installed old version of plugin, I changed php version (7.4 to 8.3).
Nothing helps... :(

The problem is with their plugin, not phpBB.

It's saying a file isn't where you think it is. That's the first place to look.

Are you sure there's a folder "mobiquo" and inside that folder is a file named "mobiquo.php?". The folder should be in the root of the board where all other files and folders are, such as adm, cache etc..

The plugin on my forum is working very well.
The status .../mobiquo/status.php reports "everything OK"

Only the tapatalk people can properly help you with this. We don't make tapatalk.

The [3.3.x] Support Forum is for core phpBB issues. Support for extensions published on phpbb.com go in the extensions support area.

Since this extension is not published here you will need to seek support from their site.
