Convert Terms Of Us to language url

Good evening to the phpBB community.
I will need your knowledge again.
I want to change the terms of us on the registration page to work with a language url, something like this code in this topic viewtopic.php?f=46&t=2103973 , which in pbpBB 3.3.13 doesn't work. Basically, if possible, i would like to do the same with the privacy and FAQ, so that each visitor can change the language with url, according to the installed ones, bypassing the default one.

When you have two or more languages installed there is drop down box in upper right to switch the language on the registration page. It sticks if you go to other pages without registering so the selection is probably stored in cookie. Not sure if there is anywhere else where guests can change it.

The thing with registration, i know, but if users have the No Javascript switch enabled, it doesn't work.
I have found various extensions but they probably use ajax and without javascript they don't work. I'll try that too and see if phpBB Select Language works. Thanks

The problem is only on the registration page that the language does not change if the user closes javascript. So I solved it by creating a panel with linked flags that point to pages of each language I made with the pages plugin.
The result is the one below in the photo
