I updated my board via Advanced Update since I have modified several of the core files.

All went well, thank you team.

I'm going to report this on the bug tracker.

I found a minor bug in phpBB 3.3.13

If you test out another user's permissions and try to look at the UCP to see what that user can access, the tabs will not work. None of them do.

I have observed this bug on my own site, a localhost board, and even the official demo at http://www.try-phpbb.com

I'll wait for update 3.3.14, which will fix the search bug :D
phpBB 3.3.13 has bugs when using the board search function.

What did you use for your search parameters?
Used search with non-Latin characters.
In my case - Ukrainian, Russian text. The longer the qualifying word, the more such errors pour in. Moreover, if there is only one search result, there is no such error. If the search result returns more than one item, then errors begin to pour in.

Now, for the sake of interest, instead of the file includes/functions_content.php for 3.3.13, I used the same file from 3.3.12. The error disappeared.
I compared the contents of these two files and there are changes in the part where warnings appear.

Temporary fix for manual correction: https://github.com/phpbb/phpbb/pull/6712/files

You need to make a correction to the file: phpBB/includes/functions_content.php
And then clear the cache

Yes, in many topics in this forum the PHP version used is mentioned
and in the Install.html, section Requirements
* PHP 7.2.0+ up to and including PHP 8.3 with support for the database you intend to use.
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.
