Restore 2 year old database

Title/Job Description: Help restore a database to a new install of phpbb.

Target audience: Experienced person

Reward: Pay for services (paypal is best but can use cc if required)

Detailed description of the tasks: So we have I think a 2 year old backup of our discussion forum. We need to restore that backup to a fresh install of phpbb. Latest version. We are not programmers so we need to hire someone to do this. Thanks!

I apologize to those who responded using PM to my recent wanted post. It doesn't appear that I can reply to PM's. I don't understand why.
