When SSL is enabled, the inserted image is abnormal.
After enabling SSL, insert images from your other websites http...... can't be displayed, https...... can be displayed, and after turning off SSL, it can be displayed.

That's your (or everyone's) web browser, not phpBB. Allow "mixed content".
