Imgur on Apple products for posting images to phpBB

Firstly although this post does not deal with a problem related to phpBB board, I think quite a lot of users out there are using Imgur to create ready made image links, already phpBB encoded for forum posts.

Imgur released a new version update not too long ago, supposedly across multiple device platforms. Now while the display presentation has changed and the process is slightly different on Windows it still works fine once you adjust your previous your way of doing things, I use it myself. However, for a number of Apple users who are contributors to our forum, the upgrade seems to have caused Imgur on Apple to stop working.

Has anybody else out there faced this problem while using the latest version of Imgur on Apple to place images in posts? If so, have you managed to solve the problem or moved to an alternative product? If either case is true, could you please give me some advice to give to our members affected by this issue.

I don't understand - it's just a website and you can right-click on a picture to get its URI.

But Imgur is rather social media than a host for pictures. There are dozens of free picture hosters out there, which do a far better job. To name a few:

• https://imgbox.com/
• https://pixhost.to/
• https://postimg.cc/
• https://turboimagehost.com/
• https://imagevenue.com/

Most of those exist for decades already.
