Reconstruction - automatic update of the forum search engine index

Good evening, I tried to search the open topics but I couldn't find a specific question like this.

I use the "native full text" mode for the forum topic search engine. I realized over the months that it was necessary to manually delete/update the search index. Isn't there a way to automatically schedule this operation instead of having to remember to do this manually every time? Is there a default function in the phpbb 3.3.14 settings that automatically allows this index update? Maybe running a cronjob? Thank you

I ask this because in the search engine settings, you can enable or not enable the index to be updated every time you write a message on the forum.

However, I cannot understand whether this index actually updates automatically or not.

I'll answer myself... I just verified by creating a new topic (with very particular words) that the engine index "self-updates". Excuse me...
