i dont know whether this error is due to the fact that my webspace provider does not support mysql, however if my provider did not support mysql or support any database extensions, would it throw back the screen 'you are not autorized to view this page'

if not, why is this screen poping up and how can i prevent it.

This screen appears because your host does not support php and therefore did not included index.php in the list of the default files for directories. As your host also turned-off directory listings for the browser you get this page.

Whatever you want to know, please do a Image Search before asking :).
