no, i never did install any mod :O!
i tried dis time.. opened da file den made cahnge in da files according to da instruction..
but at da last portion, at SQL editting, i had to stop coz i cudnt undersatnd dat

well.. i hav nother question, can anybody provied me da mod to add more fileds & photos & a guest book in profile. for ur info, i use 2.0.17 version of phpBB.. instruction to install a mod will also be appriciated

riday, follow the link in my signature to EasyMOD. Install EM and use it to install this MOD. It makes adding a MOD to your board so much easier that applying the code by hand. Not only is it easier, but it will be faster and far more accurate. EM creates good backups of all of your modified files and maintains a History of everything that you have installed on your board...

Try EasyMOD. You will be glad that you did...

By default it does not, but if there's call for it (which there obviously is from your comment

) then i'll have a look at that modification and make a small meta-MOD based on it, to be included in the /contrib/ section of future releases
