also how do I set a user as moderator? not administrator? I don't or can't find the moderator option. (if not how do I create one that will use the green moderator color)

If you haven't already create a new group, 'Moderators'. Using the Auth Center, assign whatever authorizations to the group you wish it to have and where.

To add members to the group, do it the old fashioned way ;) , via 'Usergroups' link on the header.

how do I get use of the colors to show what userlist you are in. like green color name = admin, red color name = moderators.

Also is there a mod to add color and do what I'm asking? I tink I've seen it but forgot

I'm happy to let you that CH2.1.1 line has reached the final status, being released under the version 2.1.2. You can find it at the demo board, download page.

It will be soon submitted to the mod team.

I get the following error after upgrading from RC 5 to the latest.
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /phpbb/includes/functions.php on line 562

<edit>
NM, I did a fresh install. Everything's cool now.

I'm finishing my IP Country Flag MOD for CH 2.1.4 and i'm using the new system to assign flags and titles (all lies into a lang_extend_blah.php file), i'm using a language array like this:
IE:

Code: Select all

$blah = $lang['IP2Country'][$cf_newest_row['user_cf_iso3661_1']];
into includes/class_stats.php that array doesn't works..
while i'm using something like:

Code: Select all

			'L_GUESTS_FROM' => $user->lang('Guests_From'),
it works well since i'm using an absolute language referral, but with the lang array as above.. any hint?

Thanks.

$lang[] is considered and treated in CH as a flat array (key => value). So if you want to use nested array, you can not use the CH support for lang. Same thing for $images[] & CH images support. There are some reasons for this.

lang_extend_*.php will be readed and stored correctly, though the user class methods won't be usable. Using a key prefix is IMHO a better way to group lang keys entries, and will be fully support by CH methods.
