does the user account for the database have the correct permissions, check the database part of your webhost to make sure you have set the user permissions correctly.

you are apparently using yahoo for a host and they do not give you the proper privileges for your database, join the many, many others and complain to yahoo about this and see if you can get them to setup your database correctly so you can use it.

Try copying the texting in the backup file and paste it into the Database. It might take a longer time, but at least you still got your forums back-hopefully.

Either way, try that, hope that works! If not, then give me a 'buzz' on MSN or something. :)
