Sorry..I'm BRAND new to phpBB..I've used IPB and vB for years and decided to change up a bit here...I need some MAJOR help...how in the world do I change permissions for a whole group?
I have an SS..and all I see is Is Mod and Is Not Mod..also..would it be possible to change User Group Colors?
If I knew what an "SS" was, I might be able to help you. But until you make at least one forum permission Private, you will not see any user or group permission options, because until then, none are needed.

Do you mean change which groups a user is in?
That us all done via the "usergroups" link at the top of normal pages, it is not done via the Admin Control Panel.
