If I understood you correctly then what you want to do is get phpbb 3 and then install a Spanish language pack.
Si yo le entendí correctamente entonces lo que usted quiere hacer es consigue phpbb 3 y entonces instala un paquete español del idioma.
Arrepentido, yo no hablo español bien y utilizo un programa de traductor.
