Conversion progress does not run - help guys!

I have got through the pre-conversion stages without any hitches.

When I come to click the continue conversion button instead of running the conversion script I get a prompt to download index.php which is an empty file.

What's going wrong?

That was happening in Firefox browser.

Tried in IE and I get this:

Continue conversion
A previous conversion attempt has been determined. You are now able to choose between starting a new conversion or continuing the conversion.

Clicking continue previous attempt forwards here:

Which produces 'Page cannot be displayed' error.

Edit: Tried new conversion from IE and I get this url: http://www.arsenal-land.co.uk/forums/in ... &confirm=1

But again produces 'Page cannot be displayed' error.

Any ideas?

I have just tried both of the links above and I got the option to download. This is normally a server issue when it is under a high load. If it persists I would speak to your host about it.

My hosts tell me their sever load is low, so that can't be the problem.

NOW I AM WORRIED!

No ideas guys?

ah, okay figured install files might have been dodgy or config.

So uploaded install and then a blank config and it ran the sequence.

Job done, it seems to be working few!

Well I did get something working, I am not sure how I got the script running but I realised the forum was only 80% complete conversion so I am trying again.

But no luck, it just keeps offering me to download index.php,

Hosts say it's not a server load issue, any ideas guys?
