failed to open stream: No such file or directory

I continually receive this error when trying to convert my board to 3.0. I use Yahoo as my host, and the install went fine.

Any suggestions, ideas, or helps?

Okay... I've tried this several times, and get the same results. The specific lines show the following...

[phpBB Debug]PHP Notice: in file /install/convertors/functions_phpbb20.php on line 379: phpbb_set_encoding(./../../forums/language/lang_/lang_main.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /install/convertors/functions_phpbb20.php on line 379: phpbb_set_encoding(): Failed opening './../../forums/language/lang_/lang_main.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/include:/usr/lib/php')

Hopefully the above will help someone tell me what I need to do or fix so I can get the conversion completed.
