what i have done to restrict access to only certain groups:

create a 2nd board and install the movie MOD, then set the 2nd board so that only admins allow people to become registered users, then only allow users from the group on the 1st board to become registered users on the 2nd board. I'm even going to create temporary logins for the 2nd board which i delete and change daily so that people joining the group on the first board dont have to wait for access to the movies.

Anyone got any better ideas ?

the best thing to do is look through the post when you cant find a demo, usually someones posted their board somewhere and you can view theres, i looked at this guys one

is it possible to give every video files a encrypted url sort of speak so users can not leech the video from your site or download it but have to go to its page everytime to see it

also so the user cant get the video source URL by right clicking and going to view page source

Kind of like the attach mod how it changes the file name gives it a download iD and users and only download it from the download id url and not from where the attual directory the file is located in

not from my knowledge, the only restrictions i found was none registered users cant view vids.

Hi, i've been searching how to post an flv and swf inline with the message since yesterday and this is so far looks promising to me. but i am very new in administering phpbb.

may i know how to download this mod and install. can anyone walk me through?

i have tried installing some mods before using easymod, is this easymod compatible?
