Any way you could provide a higher contrast between the top table cell color and the words "Forum", "Topics", "Posts" and "Last Visit"?

I only ask because the current two colors really make my eyes wig out.
Have you joined the PetAdvice Network?

Are you in or around the Shenandoah Valley area? If so ask me how to join our local Shenandoah Valley aquarium group.

Hi fishfreek,

I will be editing the css for that and I haven't reached that stage yet but it will be changed.

Serious layout and colour change, hence the update to v0.1.0

Any queries or requests should be posted here.

Hi Tim,

I would suggest you use a subtle amount of drop shadow on the images and text - like this, but blue (obviously);

Image

The folders are better at 19px x 13px as you can get slightly bigger/better dots, etc.. on;

Image

BTW the font to use is Helvetica.
Please and Thank You works wonders...

...It's the subtle perfection in attention to detail that makes your work rock the way it does - cdkrg
Think simple - it's not necessarily what you draw that matters, it's what you perceive - Daz

Note: ForumImages<dot>com is no longer anything to do with me.

Brilliant, I knew I could count on you giving me sound advice!

I was wondering about the font, it now looks a lot better. But, the combination of -> that is used has lost its perspective with the font change.

Yes that post icon is a toughy, looks like you got that spot on! I'll try some drop shadow, and add a stronger shade of blue.

Good idea, the icons feel a bit too small, though I didn't think the Invision Board used dots. I maybe wrong.

Cheers Daz, much appreciated. :)

Hi,

Invision Power Board as it is now called uses the dot folders to show you which threads you have posted in - a similar feature (not using dot folders though) is to be included in phpBB 2.2, but there is also a MOD for the current version.
Please and Thank You works wonders...

Oh I see, my bad. Once phpBB 2.0.4 is "officially" released, I'll probably incorporate that mod into the template.

There are some artifacts in the logo and a typo stating: "powerd by phpBB2." You might want to consider using a PNG file as the logo instead.
