This will show ads after the first post, as well as after the last post (if there are more than five posts on that page). Customize the disclaimer text to refer to your domain, if you so choose; otherwise, delete it and the containing DIV.
The first ad is a 728x90 banner; the second is a 120x60 Adsense referral link. Be sure to use the code Adsense gives you, rather than that JavaScript supplied above (which won't work).
