My MOD only provides a quick way to change themes. It should work exactly like changing the theme from the User Control Panel; there should be no difference. If you want to change the color of usernames in a theme, then you need to edit the theme.

That's because of the way phpBB3 handles guests. You have to go to the user section of the ACP, select an anonymous user, and change the theme there. The default theme used for when a new user signs up.

All available, active themes will show up. I'm pretty sure you can have one installed but have it disabled.
