i want my default skin so that when you are a guest veiwing the board its my default skin that i have set, it should be though shouldnt it?

right now its the default phpbb3 skin

You need to override the user style.

ACP -> General Tab -> Board Settings

Change the default style to whatever you like, and below it change the option to "yes".


Alternatively, if you've changed the default style, you can dump all of your existing members onto it by deactivating the old default style

i did this but when you go to the site, before you log in, it still doesnt work

Another way is to edit the anonymous user (by selecting it under Users and Groups) and force change the template used there. I think that should work.
