Modification name: Mass PM Topic Participants
Author: joebert
Modification description: This MOD adds a new option to a topics "quick-mod tools" called "Mass PM Participants".
This new option will take the user straight to composing a new PM.
The new PMs "to" field will be pre-filled with every user who has participated in the topic.
Any user who is able to add multiple recipients via the PM composer can use this new option.
Modification version: 1.0.2
Tested on phpBB version: 3.0.2

Suggestions: The PM subject should automatically be the name of the thread. And the text box should automatically have

I've worked in pre-filling of the subject & message,
I also prevented the PM author from being included in the list of recipients if they've replied to the topic.

The next release is currently in the MOD queue (meaning "pending validation"), it contains both install and update instructions.

It's in the MOD queue, meaning it's pending validation.

This thread will be brought back up when the update (version 1.0.2) passes validation.
