[BETA] Freeze User Post Count

Description:

Allows the forum administrator to 'freeze' a user's post count.

Features:

- Stop user's post count from increasing.
- Stop user's post count from decreasing.

Doesn't Work for me

Come up in admin panel, i choose yes to freeze but it does nothing! Please help!
