This was very easy to install, and it's a great little mod. I reduced the size of the no_avatar.gif to 100x100, to fit a little better in my style. It got a little jagged, but I can live with it, or create another one.

I'm using a portal (phpBB3Portal v1.2.2). Is there a way to incorporate this mod into the portal's Random Member Block?
