Custom BBCodes [Deprecated]

this is probably getting to be boring for everyone to see me post one time after the other but i just realized i would like to post sputnik videos using the whole address instead of just the number since the search in that site is really bad and i were to need the url again. What modifications do i have to make to the code for it to work?

I can't see an easy way to do that because the url for the embedded player is different format to the url for the full pageitself,

But hey, guess what - you don't need to do it anyway - because once you have embedded a video in a post with the existing code, the little grey Sputnik logo on the player is a "link" to the full video page.

Many thanks to those who have posted help before me. I spent some more time reading this forum and figured out how to create the BBCode for the funny or die video player. It was quite simple. The best (and simplest) advice for my problem came from jimdunn's post:

Really these video BBcodes are all the same and very easy to do - you just copy the Embed code they give on the website, find the unique ID and replace it with a {TEXT} variable

In case anybody is interested, here is the BBC for funny or die videos:

Can you describe exactly what you are trying to do ?
I don't really understand your question.

BBcodes can be nested - see my example in the post before yours:

You can nest custom BBcodes too - I just wrapped the [sbu] example I gave above on my test board in a [color] code and it worked fine.

I have created tvo new bbcodes in ACP.
"kombinovatelne" (in english: combinable) and "download".
If iam trying to do this:

The html output is:
