or how to send mail to all members in board

Admin control panel -> system tab -> general tasks -> mass email

That is done via the forum permissions -

Admin control panel -> permissions tab -> forum based permissions -> forum permissions

Then select the forum or forums you wish to set permissions for and submit. Next select the users or groups to add/edit permissions for and click the add/edit button. Now to the right of the role drop down for each forum you have selected to set permissions for you should see an "Advanced permissions" link. click this link to set advanced permissions.

Take particular note of the important notice half way down regarding Google ads. Due to the google terms and conditions, the ads should only go in the index_body.html, viewtopic_body.html and viewforum_body.html files. Do not put them in the overall_header or footer.

i got the ads
and one more doubt i create a BBcode for youtube and google vid
but it didnt work
when we submit it shown like
"[youtube]http://fr.youtube.com/watch?v=Nd8EzTxCQSI[/youtube]"
as it as in code wat to do
want to change anything
