I have to second what Chris said... the videos have been nicely edited to remove some of the "fluff" content, but then again, that was part of what made it so enjoyable to attend. The interaction between the presenter and the audience is hard to capture on the video, especially since we didn't attempt to pass a microphone around when people asked questions during the sessions (except for the specific Q/A panel at the end).

I realize that many folks that use phpBB are on a very limited budget. :) But if / when the next 'Vasion is announced, if you have any opportunity to get there it was a lot of fun. It was (so far ) one of the highlights of my year to be able to go. 8-)
