How do I upgrade from phpBB 2.0.23 to the latest version?

Hi guys. I'm trying to restore an old forum. To get the MySQL backup to work I had to install version 2.0.23. Thing is, how do I update this to the latest version of phpBB?

I've looked all over the site and have searched the forum but still haven't been able to find a guide or the files do download? Am I missing something really obvious?

(Convertors is for converting FROM other packages, TO phpBB)

phpBB 2.0.23 is the latest version of phpBB2.

If you want to convert to phpBB3, then you have to install phpBB3 onto your web server, in a DIFFERENT folder to your phpBB2 board, and the phpBB3 installer then gives you an option to import all the users and posts from the phpBB2 board.

Thanks - I've done that. Do you know where in the phpBB 3 acp I import the posts and users?

Upload the phpBB3 install folder again and go to the convert tab.

All the information it will ask you (except the board path) is in the phpBB2 config.php file.
