To Eric: Thanks for your outstanding three and a half years of dedicated service to the phpBB community as the MOD Team Leader. Under your leadership, we have seen the MOD Team soar to new heights, undergoing many exciting projects and leading the MOD community through many changes along the way. During my nine months on the team, you were the team member that I looked up to the most. You epitomize the optimal leader of any team, not just one for phpBB: Someone who lets their team members do their jobs, supporting them along the way, and helping them to work together. Congratulations on your retirement as MOD Team Leader, and good to see that you're not leaving the teams permanently.

To Igor: Congratulations on your promotion. You too are a very well-respected member of the MOD community and will definitely lead the MOD team to even further greatness.
