Knowledge Base - Advertisements in phpBB3

Take particular note of the important notice half way down regarding Google ads. Due to the google terms and conditions, the ads should only go in the index_body.html, viewtopic_body.html and viewforum_body.html files. Do not put them in the overall_header or footer.

It's all down to terms and conditions. Read the google ones and see what you think. The key bit refers to the ads being on non-content pages. As the header is on all pages like logins, registration, confirmation etc, technically they are non content. You could try mailing them to ask if it's ok.

So if you use this way of using Adverts... do you get Google Ads on your forum? And if so are they put on there
automatically or do you have to insert some more code?
